How we actually make money

The self-serve model has two paid parts: an optional Pro subscription and a platform fee on sales. Free comment-to-DM has no per-message charge.

Platform fees on sales. Digital products, event tickets and 1:1 bookings sold through Creator Lane carry a 10% platform fee on Free or 5% on Pro. These sales fees are separate from the cost of a Pro subscription. A DM or link click is not itself a sale.

Is the free version watermarked or branded in the DM?
No. Creator Lane does not append a 'Sent via Creator Lane' footer to outgoing DMs on either Free or Pro.
What if you get acquired or run out of money?
Your Instagram account and the automation service are separate. Creator Lane campaigns depend on our service and its connection to Instagram; they would not continue running independently if the service closed. Keep your own copies of important campaign text and resource links. We cannot promise that a service will operate indefinitely.
