How it works
- 1
Creators set a CPM on reels they're already posting
Every creator in the marketplace has a price per 1,000 views. A 100K-follower account might list at $15 CPM. A 1M-follower account at $25. You see it upfront — no pitch cycle.
- 2
You filter and approve matches
Niche, audience geo, reach band, CPM range, content type. Approve the reels that fit the brief; skip the ones that don't.
- 3
Creator posts with your branded partnership tag
The reel goes live on Instagram with the Branded Content disclosure. Official. Compliant. Measured by Meta's own infrastructure.
- 4
We settle the payout 30 days after publication
Views are read from the Instagram Graph API at T+30. CPM × 1,000-view units × agreed price = payout. Settled via Branded Content API rails. Net-7.
Why brands use Creator Lane
Pay by the view, not by the pitch
A $10 CPM on a 200K-view reel is $2,000 — known at the point of approval, not after six weeks of back-and-forth over impressions and link clicks.
Creator-driven matching
Creators list the reels they'd genuinely want a brand sponsor on. You're buying reach that fits naturally — not asking someone to make content for your brief from scratch.
Days to live, not months
Traditional creator deals take 4–8 weeks from first DM to posted reel. CPM matchmaking runs in days — approve today, post this week, invoice settles at T+30.
Runs on Meta's official Branded Content API
Every payout is a paid partnership the right way — disclosed, tagged, and measured by Meta. No gray-area sponsorship, no FTC exposure from missed disclosures.
Meta-measured views, not self-reported
The CPM math runs off Instagram Graph API view counts. Same source Meta uses for paid ad reporting. Bot filtering is already baked in.
Bring your own creators too
Already have a roster? Invite them into the marketplace and run payouts through our rails. Unified reporting, consistent CPM math, one settlement pipeline.
Frequently asked
- How is this different from Instagram's creator marketplace?
- Instagram's marketplace is opt-in on the creator side and still largely brand-led — you post a brief, creators apply, you negotiate. Creator Lane inverts it: creators set a CPM on the reels they're already making, you approve the ones that match. No briefs, no pitches, no negotiation cycle.
- How do payouts work?
- Payouts settle through Meta's official Branded Content API. The reel is posted by the creator, tagged as paid partnership with your brand, and Meta's infrastructure handles disclosure and measurement. We handle the CPM calculation and the transfer. Net-7 terms.
- What prevents view inflation?
- Views are measured by Meta, not by us. We read them from the Instagram Graph API, same source Meta uses for ad reporting. The CPM calculation uses Meta-reported views at T+30 days after post publication. Bot traffic is already filtered by Meta's own view counting.
- Can we whitelist the reel as an ad from our side?
- Yes. The creator keeps organic ownership; you can also run the reel as a branded-content ad from your handle through Meta's ads manager. Whitelisting is a per-deal setting the creator approves during onboarding.
- What's the minimum deal size?
- $250 per reel. Typical deals run $500–5,000 depending on creator size and CPM. There's no monthly minimum — you can run a single test reel and see what it does.
- Can we bring our own creators?
- Yes. Invite your existing creator partners to Creator Lane and run payouts through our rails. You get the same CPM-based pricing and API-based settlement; they get the monetization stack on the creator side.
