The one-line answer

SuperProfile is an India-native creator platform that bundles link-in-bio, a storefront for digital products and courses, a community space, and a basic Instagram AutoDM trigger into one paid plan. It launched in 2020, has been recognized by Forbes, and is used by roughly 50,000 creators today — most of them in India.

What it does well

• The bundle is the point. If you want your bio link, your storefront, your course hosting, your community, and a basic AutoDM all under one dashboard with one bill, this is one of very few platforms shipping all of that for Indian creators.
• INR-native. Pricing, payouts, and creator support are all built for the Indian market from day one. That matters more than the feature list when you’re picking a tool you’ll use every day.
• Decent free tier. The basic AutoDM and the link-in-bio page are usable on the free plan — many smaller creators run on the free tier indefinitely.
• Forbes-listed, well-funded, won’t disappear. A real consideration when picking a creator tool — SuperProfile is structurally stable.

What it doesn’t do well

• The platform fee scales with your success. 10% of every sale on the free plan, 5% on Premium — forever. The more you earn, the more the bundle costs you. (Full math in the fees section below.)
• The AutoDM is the shallow corner of the bundle. Single trigger per post. No multi-step flows. No link-click tracking inside DMs. No A/B testing. No way to ask an AI assistant which of your campaigns is working.
• The plan structure is hard to pin down. Beyond the three published tiers, separate monthly plans for the DM features have been reported at various price points — none shown consistently in the published plan structure. • Bundled means you pay for things you may not use. If your only job is comment-to-DM with link tracking, you’re paying for storefront, course hosting, and community features you’ll never touch.
• No AI / Claude integration. In 2026 that’s increasingly the moat for creator tools, and SuperProfile has no MCP server or AI assistant connection today.

SuperProfile pricing (as of July 2026)

Per SuperProfile’s own help documentation, the plan structure is built around a platform fee on your sales, not just a subscription:

• Starter — free, with a 10% platform fee on every sale you make.
• Premium — ₹11,999/year, with a 5% platform fee.
• Pro — ₹49,999/year, with a customizable fee, dedicated growth manager, branding removal, and email + WhatsApp marketing.

A separate monthly plan for the AutoDM/DM features has also been reported, though it doesn’t appear consistently in the published plan structure and the figures quoted for it vary — treat any monthly number you see as unverified, and check superprofile.bio for the live plans before you commit.

The platform fee is the real price

The subscription is not where SuperProfile earns — the per-sale cut is. Run the math on your own numbers: a creator selling ₹50,000/month of ebooks and consults on the free Starter plan pays ₹5,000/month (₹60,000/year) in platform fees. Upgrading to Premium costs ₹11,999/year and still takes ₹2,500/month (₹30,000/year) at that volume — cheaper, but the fee grows with every sale you make. That’s the trade of the bundle: convenience, paid for as a share of your revenue. Creator Lane’s Pro charges the same 5% on sales — but unlocks that rate for a flat ₹1,500/year, not SuperProfile’s ₹11,999/year Premium, and your sales settle to your own payment account.

Two things fall out of that table. First, the Starter-vs-Premium break-even sits near ₹20,000/month in sales: below it, the free plan’s 10% is actually cheaper than paying ₹11,999 for the 5% rate; above it, Premium wins. Second, Creator Lane’s Pro reaches the same 5% rate SuperProfile’s Premium does — but unlocks it for a flat ₹1,500/year instead of ₹11,999, so at every volume in the table it costs about ₹10,500/year less than Premium for an identical per-sale fee. The subscription gap is fixed; it doesn’t grow with your sales.

Is SuperProfile safe and legit?

Yes. SuperProfile is Cosmofeed’s creator product — a real Indian company, roughly 50,000 creators, Forbes recognition, and INR payouts that typically settle T+1 to your bank account. It is not a scam, and it will not disappear next quarter.

The honest caveats: its Trustpilot rating hovers around 3.9, with the recurring complaints being payout delays that needed support chasing and occasional buyer access errors after purchase (SuperProfile staff do respond to these publicly). One more thing to watch for: lookalike domains impersonating the brand exist — the real product lives at superprofile.bio. As with any platform holding your money, verify your first payout lands before you scale your launch on it.

SuperProfile vs ManyChat vs the free alternative

The two tools people compare SuperProfile against are ManyChat (the global DM-automation incumbent) and Creator Lane (the free, DM-deep alternative). When you might want something different

If your monetization is mostly affiliate marketing (where Wishlink owns the affiliate catalog and INR payout rail) or brand deals, the SuperProfile storefront isn’t doing much for you — you’re paying for it anyway. And if you care deeply about the DM piece (multi-step flows, link-click tracking inside DMs, A/B testing, AI assistant on top), SuperProfile’s AutoDM isn’t built that way and probably won’t be in the near term.
